Banner of Neil

Post by Monkey Wrench »

Around the years of 86 to 88 the drum company Tama came out with a poster or better yet, it was a cloth banner of Neil behind his candy apple red Tama Superstar kit,on a platform, out on the water. It looked like a lake. What a tremendous picture.I saw it in a music store back in the day and would have loved to have stolen it.The problem was that it was high up and attached well to the wall. The extention ladder probably would have given me away.Anyway,I've always wondered where or how I could aquire this lovely object. If anyone knows what I'm talking about or even cares, some insight would greatly be appreciated. Thanks for your cooperation and godbless.

I know I've seen it on ebay. I looked under Neil Peart, nothing. So I looked under Rush and there are just pages and pages, not all "our" Rush related though. So go check there and happy hunting!
I don't have faith in faith, I don't believe in belief, You can call me faithless, I still cling to hope, And I believe in love, And that's faith enough for me... Neil Peart

Yes I did but the creep who sold it to me said it was mint. Now although it is in very good condition I found some small blotches near the top. No big deal but mint should mean just that.

Hey Monkey Wrench,

I live outside of Reading I'd like to see that banner sometime perhaps go out for a rootbeer as I don't drink
When evil is allowed to compete with good, evil has an emotional populist appeal that wins out unless good men & women stand as a vanguard against abuse.
