Monty Python

Post by rushlight »

:D Evenin' squire! I noticed a few of you are Monty Python fans. :D Thanks to D.A., I am now a fan too even though the only stuff I have seen were the movies "Monty Python and the Holy Grail," "The Life of Brian," and "And Now for Something Completely Different." I would like to know what is your favorite sketch or movie with these fine blokes. I have several that I enjoyed from Completely Different such as "The Dead Parrot," "The Lumberjack Song," and "Hell's Grannies." I would like to know more.

"Know what I mean? Know what I mean? Nudge, nudge."

This parrot is no more! It has ceased to be! It's expired and gone to meet its maker! This is a late parrot! It's a stiff! Bereft of life, it rests in peace! It's rung down the curtain and joined the choir invisible!

This is an ex-parrot!

Your whole arm's off!
No it isn't!
Then what's that then?
Just a flesh wound!
I was lined up for glory, but the tickets sold out in advance
