Hey Smitty! You can always use my faithful Mr. Snappy.
And usually I stick with whatever brand of strings I can get. This town had but one guitar shop, and it didn't last long. So if I don't want to buy Walmart's brand of strings (which, unfortunately, I had to settle for), I have to drive about 35 or 40 miles west to the nearest music shop.
BTW: Fender Bullets suck. They're impossible to remove!

The only problem is it's a crappy shop. The best one I know of is/was called Glory Days, which is where I bought my Strat (had to haggle a bit, but eh, I got it in the end ), and it's about an hour and a half away.
I take it you're in the boonies, too, Sir?
