1 can Spam
1 box of au gratin potatoes
Dash of garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
Directions
1. Cube and fry Spam.
2. Prepare potatoes as directed on box.
3. Add Spam to potato mixture and bake according to package directions.
Ham can be used instead of Spam. Makes 4 to 6 servings
