I picked the 2112 CD (NOT blu-ray!) up at Wal-Fart for $7.

(ashamed to say until then I had never heard it front to back)

To be honest the first tape I heard was MP back in 1981 or 1982 and I started from there. 2112 is before that. I saw it on the rack and said "For 7 bucks, hell yeah"

Be upset all you want - how many 8-9 year olds do/did you know that listened to Rush?

I've had the 8-track tape since the first day it went on sale in '76. I was 15.

I STILL HAVE IT and THE TAPE DECK! hahaha

Now, if I can just find my Pet Rock and "Happy Days" lunch box. :???: :-D

I'm sayin'!

My first car was a '74 Ford Pinto. It had a Pioneer SuperTuner 8-track
deck and [home stereo] cabinet speakers that took up both back
seats.

Anybody that rode with me was a hardcore Rushian (AND deaf) after just
one ride.

(except for the time I kicked my blind date to the curb because she said
she hated Rush. True story, BTW.) :P

Yeah, Signals was my first album and I went backwards too as time went on.

I saw the VH1 broadcast, and it was decent. Hoping the extra footage fills in the gaps, like ignoring side 2 of MP and 2112 (except for Bangkok).
