Anyone else heard about this yet?

Also known as Unasur, the member states are: members are Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Suriname, Uruguay and Venezuela.

I found this little bit of information, well, not shocking by any means, but quite telling:
Prior to the Brasilia summit, Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez described the "empire" of the United States as Unasur's "number one enemy".
I know he hates us, but, we are an "empire"? I think he is projecting how he sees himself (as the rightful leader of an empire) onto our nation and disgruntled because we have it "better".

Hugo Chavez would only like the idea of being in Unasur if HE gets to be dictator of the whole thing.

Don't bet on it coming from the US . . . can't get permission from the limp noodle liberal spineless stranglehold our military is entangled with.
