Not sure of my clan (as long as it's not Klu) but I have to agree whole-heartedly about differences. It's said that the best way to look at the U.S. is as a Melting Pot. I don't agree. I think of it as a Big Salad (no toss jokes) that you can see all the different ingredients and colors.
I like the Big Salad analogy better than the Melting Pot. The only melting I want is conforming to the laws and living in such a way that we are a group, kind of like in a family where we are all one, but we are all individuals still and allowed to be ourselves.
