There is another 'Tull thread but it turned into a political debate so thought I'd begin anew.
I rarely buy albums these days so it's a bonus when I find something on the net I'm after. I have all the 'Tull albums up to Crest' on both vinyl and cd apart from the classic 1978 live set 'Bursting Out' http://www.allmusic.com/cg/amg.dll?p=am ... 5ibkd9sakz this I only have on vinyl (gatefold sleeve) and it shows it's age to be honest.
So, joy upon joy, I'm listening to it the now BUT even though it's remastered it's an edited version of the set. Typically so, the drum solo has been removed which is a shame considering it's one of my favourite solo's ever (rivalling even Neil) and has influenced me so much.
If anyone has the solo then I would gladly trade for it.
