You know, he could have held on to those balls for himself, or auctioned them off to make himself more money, but instead he gives them to an organization that will make them available to anyone who goes to the museum. It is nice to see he doesn't focus on himself alone.

I know from now on, i am going to Kansas early & hanging out there before shows LOL!!!!!! :roll: :-D I know i wont, i am way too shy, & have way too much respect for him & all of them. I know my husband & his family (being Kansas city natives) are very proud & happy he did that. They are trying very hard to improve the run down areas etc. That kind of stuff helps.

Thats a cool donation, he must be quite the collector though 200 baseballs :| I knew he was a fan of ball, but the two do not always meet.

thats awsome i am a big baseball fan and im glad that geddy likes it too! does anyone remember when he sang the national anthem at an all star game in i think....1994

Yes, max, I remember that. I remember he also got some "flak" for not singing it so "beautifully" but I thought it sounded great!!! :-D
